Chef Nico Reynolds

Nico, a Dublin native, developed a passion for Caribbean cooking and soul food while learning from his Grandmother. He brought this knowledge to Latin America, where he successfully ran a catering company and a small restaurant in Buenos Aires for 6 years. His menus blended Caribbean flavors with South American influences from Peru, Colombia, Argentina, and Mexico.

Nico's culinary journey, combining Caribbean cooking with Latin influences, gained international recognition when his restaurant, "Lil Portie," was featured on Vice Media's "F*ck That's Delicious" with Action Bronson. He is a regular guest on Irish TV cooking segments, such as RTE's "Today show" and Virgin Media's "Ireland AM." Nico has also worked as an in-house chef for the TV program "Lodging with Lucy." Additionally, he has published articles in the Sunday Times and Independent, and his recipes have won awards. His latest TV series, "Grill Seeker," can be found on the RTE Player.
