A nourishing and invigorating weekend to connect with yourself through yoga, delicious and cleansing food made with love, and heart-opening time in the beautiful surroundings of the Wicklow mountains.
It’s an opportunity to retreat from your busy life, to completely unplug and just be. Time to tune in to yourself, listen to what you truly need, and nurture your body, mind and soul. Marlene creates an open, loving and safe space to explore and discover your most authentic being, letting go of all that is excessive. Alesia and Jacqueline will passionately support the cleanse on a whole deliciously cleansing new level.
You will feel lighter, energized and inspired to fundamentally address some of the less helpful patterns, transforming them into new healthier habits.
The weekend will consist of yoga practice, sunrise meditation and pranayama, yoga nidra, wellness workshops, massage (additional cost) and a mindfulness hike through the nearby forests and mountains.

Marlene van den Berge
Marlene van den Berge loves to breathe and move simultaneously. Being aware of both the breath and the body in a yoga pose is what develops the experience of oneness, of falling together with your true self.
Her yoga is Hatha flow where movement follows the breath, and she integrates mantras, pranayama, visualisations and meditation into the sequence to deepen the experience. Marlene profoundly believes that the breath is the portal to your true self.
She has done numerous cleanses & fasts, and has experienced the incredible positive effect they have on her whole being. Cleansing on one layer has a ripple effect on other layers. Physically cleansing with food stimulates cleansing on an emotional and mental level as well, creating more space and lightness, more energy for being. Yoga will support, comfort and intensify this effect.
She is a 500hrs+ certified hatha yoga teacher, specialized in chakra psychology, breathing therapy, pranayama, philosophy and ayurvedic massage. She has a degree in Yoga and Philosophy and graduated from the Saswitha Institute for Yoga and Philosophy, the largest and oldest Yoga Institute in the Netherlands.
Alesia Kosmach has studied culinary art at Le Cordon Bleu Institute in Paris. She now gives cooking master classes and creates recipes. Although Alesia has worked most of her life in IT, cooking has always been her passion, her joy and a way of meditating. She believes that cooking is an act of sharing and is always happy to share her passion with others. In each of her travels Alesia studies local cuisines and adds new findings to her own dishes. She believes that healthy meals should always be delicious.
Since it is the cleansing weekend, you can expect tasty vegetarian meals that Alesia will create specifically for this event with local and seasonal ingredients. The meals will nourish your body, mind and your soul. You will also get the recipes of everything you will eat during this amazing weekend to take home with you.
