Yoga Brunch at The escape with Suzie Murray

Join us on Sunday, 19th May for our Spring Yoga Brunch event. Our one day retreat is perfect for those that live close to the city and are looking for a day of uplifting yoga, delicious food and rewilding in breathtaking nature.

Our aim is to have you leaving completely recharged, refocused and ready to take on the world!

Experience the best we have to offer, by way of our expertly led yoga classes with the amazing Susie Murray in our warm & charming cottage feel yoga room, our much loved seasonal brunch lunches in our outside dining cabin and experience our wonderful facilities in the magical setting of Wicklow nestled in nature at the foot of the Sugar Loaf Mountains.

The class details

The class will begin with a gentle warm-up, to get you connected to your breath and find your body rhythm. Followed by a warming, energy boosting vinyasa flow especially designed to mobilise your spine, joints and open your heart chakra. We will aim to get your focus in the moment and listen to what your body tries to communicate. Finishing with some grounding poses to relax and lengthen the muscles, having the opportunity to ‘roll around’ for a bit, then slowly transitioning towards Nidra practice and Shavasana.

Susie Murray

Susie's love of yoga comes through in her classes.  She teaches with a strong emphasis on breath and movement.  Skillfully sequencing classes to inspire the soul to feel free in movement and to fully express your own uniqueness.  She believes every practice is a movement meditation and she blends her passion for music into her class to create an environment of soft melodic liberation.

She wants everyone in her class to leave feeling a little stronger, a little softer, more connected and less attached.
