Yoga Brunch at The escape with Sarah Marshall

Join us on Sunday, 21st July for our summer Yoga Brunch event. Our one day retreat is perfect for those that live close to the city and are looking for a day of uplifting yoga, delicious food and taking a bit of time out in breathtaking nature.

Our aim is to have you leaving completely recharged, refocused and ready to take on the world!

Experience the best we have to offer, by way of our expertly led yoga classes with the amazing Sarah Marshall in our warm & charming cottage feel yoga room, enjoy our much loved seasonal delicious brunch in our outside dining cabin and experience our wonderful facilities in the magical setting of Wicklow nestled in nature at the foot of the West Wicklow Sugar Loaf Mountain.

The class details

The class will begin with a gentle warm-up, to get you connected to your breath and find your body rhythm. Followed by a warming, energy boosting vinyasa flow especially designed to mobilise your spine, joints and open your heart chakra. We will aim to get your focus in the moment and listen to what your body tries to communicate. Finishing with some grounding poses to relax and lengthen the muscles, having the opportunity to ‘roll around’ for a bit, then slowly transitioning towards Nidra practice and Shavasana.
