Start the festive season with a treat this December and join us for our popular seasonal Supper Club.
We believe in quality, organic, home grown and seasonal ingredients in an elegant and comfortable environment.
We invite you to enjoy a three-course vegetarian menu either as a catch up with local family & friends or an enjoyable night out with colleagues from work.
After the success of Graze cafe @ The elbowroom in Dublin, owner Lisa Wilkinson and head chef, Caitríona Nic Philibín have started a supper club nestled in the mountains in the Glen of Imaal in The elbowroom escape.
Our themed menus combine optimum nutrition whilst never sacrificing on taste or creativity. We endeavour to grow the majority of food or use suppliers within a 5-mile radius.
Past events include
- Vegan forest feast
- Autumn Seasonal Supper Club
- Winter wonderland warmer
- South Indian vegetarian Thali
- Middle Eastern Mezze
After dining you can chose to chill out before retiring to one of our 7 luxury rooms to sleep off your meal. Then wake up in the morning and walk a mountain before or after breakfast. A guilt free indulgence. Locals are welcome to pop in and make their own way home.

Team
Lisa Wilkinson

Lisa is queenbee of The elbowroom in Dublin and The elbowroom escape in Wicklow. She is the proverbial Duracell Bunny, teacher, potter, gardener, baker, health enthusiast and passionate foodie. But first and foremost, proud mother to two fabulous children.
The elbowroom escape is also Lisa's home and she can be often spotted knee-deep in some kind of muck, hosting retreats, writing or brewing a variety of concoctions in her cabin.
She built her pottery studio after studying in Dublin and has been focusing on throwing the tableware for the kitchens and guests at The escape.
Caitríona Nic Philibín

Caitriona is a mother to Rose and head chef at Graze whole food cafe at The elbowroom. Caitriona has been passionate about food from a very young age after 8 years working in the traditional arts.
Caitriona moved to Stoneybatter and started working for The elbowroom in 2013. She loves to cater for large events, weddings and music festivals.
