Yoga teacher and health coach, Anthea and wholefoods chef and cellist, Tara-Lee will take care of your every need as you take a well-deserved break from your busy life and de-stress and unwind in nature and the boutique elegance and comfort of the retreat. Together you will practice, breathe, eat, laugh, walk and rest. Complete self-care for your body and the perfect opportunity to reconnect with yourself and meet other like-minded souls.

Dynamic and restorative yoga classes will be tailored to suit various levels, with options for everyone. Talks on Ayurveda and a plant-based lifestyle will provide you with invaluable and accessible tips for balancing your daily life back home.

Anthea is bringing her extensive yoga and Ayurveda experience from Asia and California back home to Ireland for the first time in 7 years. International Wholefoods chef, Tara-Lee will be fuelling your temple and soul with insanely vibrant dishes bursting with flavour and nourishing in nutrients. They both share a passion for helping others live their healthiest and best lives. It will be a light-hearted, healthy, nourishing, healing and nurturing weekend. Anthea Grimason

Certified Yoga Teacher, Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant and Health Coach, Anthea Grimason is originally from Dublin and currently based in San Francisco. She is the Strategic Marketing Director for Samahita Retreat, Thailand’s leading health, fitness and yoga retreat which brings her frequently to the tropical island of Koh Samui.

Through the tools of yoga, Anthea has delved into a journey of self-discovery over the last 10 years, spending a number of years immersed in study and teaching in Asia, at Samahita as well as extended periods in Bali and India. Anthea loves to teach and share, her motivation being to inspire others to live their best life through health, wellbeing, adventure and joy


Tara-Lee Byrne

Flavour queen Tara-Lee Byrne is a certified raw and whole foods chef; professional cellist, music academy director and yoga practitioner. In 2013 Tara-Lee created her dream job/life combining an international career as a classical performing artist whilst cheffing her way across the globe with a cello on her back, a yoga mat at her feet and her trusty Vitamix blender.

In 2016 Tara-Lee returned to Ireland and together with her Australian partner launched the award-winning 100% free-from For the Love of Gránola range of premium gránolas under the ethical innovative brand Wicked Wholefoods. Tara-Lee's debut role as a brand and culinary creative director recently launched in Ireland under the innovative zero-waste eatery, Copia Green.

Tara-Lee lives in the west of Ireland in a 170-year-old farmhouse and continues to follow her passion for teaching music, performing, cheffing, educating and inspiring others to invest in their health by making conscious, sustainable food choices.
