Sometimes, in the rush of modern life, we can get a little disconnected from who we truly are. Through careful planning and consideration, Clare and Orla wish to provide you with the opportunity to escape to the simplicity of nature and allow it to restore you as you reconnect with who you are.
Find the space to relax and revitalise as we immerse ourselves in this invaluable opportunity to engage in self-care. Over the course of the weekend, we will seek to re-align the body and mind in order to leave us feeling a little lighter and a little more open when we part ways on Sunday afternoon.
Throughout the weekend we will find a balance between practicing the ancient tradition of yoga in the beautifully cosy studio on site, exploring the great outdoors and nourishing ourselves with healthy and locally sourced produce.

Immersing ourselves in the beauty of nature has an uplifting effect on the body and mind and both Clare and Orla are true advocates of this. Thought provoking and enjoyable yoga classes intertwined with reflection and meditation will seek to help you become more in tune with your own body. Over the course of the weekend, we shall declutter the mind through meditation, some lovely nature hikes and of course some lovely yoga classes.
This experience is suitable for practitioners of all levels and interests. A real focus shall be placed on full immersion in a weekend that is centred around you, your body and nourishing your mind with beautiful yoga practices and nourishing food.
All activities are completely optional so you can pick and choose from the schedule to create an experience that works best for you.

Clare has a great belief in the power of movement for the body and mind
both on and off the yoga mat. A native of Kerry, she sees the benefits of
spending time outdoors and in nature. Introduced to yoga many years
ago, she has always been interested in the physical and mental benefits
of the practice, strengthening muscle tone, increasing flexibility,
encouraging body awareness and calming a busy mind.
Clare has over 500 hrs of certified teacher training and enjoys teaching a
number of styles including strong flow and more restorative classes. Her
training began with the Samadhi School of Yoga under Greg Walsh and
really enjoyed completing advanced teacher training which included Yin
Yoga training with Josh Summers, pranayama training with Marianne
Jacuzzi, restorative with Sophia Pallaro and hands-on anatomy training
with Susan Church. Clare’s aim is for people enjoy connecting with
themselves and their bodies more at each yoga session and ultimately
to walk out the door feeling a little lighter.

Yoga by Orla
Orla has a deep-rooted passion for health and physical activity. She has been practicing yoga for many years now and has a great love of outdoor adventures and anything that involves immersion into nature. She believes in the healing energy of fresh air, tall trees and taking in the ocean.
She is a fully qualified Physical Education and Irish teacher. She completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher training under the guidance of Naomi Sturdy and Sibylle Dallmann through the ‘Art of Teaching’ programme. Her combined knowledge of physical activity and its effects on the body and of ancient yoga practices ensures a safe and fulfilling experience.
It is her belief that yoga is a central practice to achieving optimum physical and mental health and vitality and that it plays a fundamental role in maintaining proper functioning of the muscles and joints. She believes in the benefits of yoga to calm the mind and in particular, it’s important for those who struggle to find a space to take time out and individuals who wish to become more aware of their bodies. Meditation is part of her daily routine and she believes in the power of nature and the outdoors to assist in finding serenity the mind.
