The elbowroom escape can provide you and your baby with a beautiful and peaceful setting to enjoy nature, make memories and experience complete body and mind rejuvenation.
Being a new Mother can be overwhelming at times. How amazing would it be to pack up the car and take a road trip to Co Wicklow? This Rejuvenating weekend has everything that a Mum and baby can dream of, and more.
The weekend is led by our dynamic duo of Baby (and Mum) whisperers Melissa and Emily. They are offering a full schedule of activities; Mum and Baby Yoga, Weaning Workshop, Baby Massage and a Sling Disco.
Yes, it’s exactly what it sounds like…FUN.
This is about bonding, with your baby, and with other mothers. Take in the fresh air, eat some wholesome food and just let the batteries recharge. Leave with new skills and a network of new Mum friends.
Enjoy a deep tissue massage during your stay (€60 to be booked in advance) whilst Emily or Melissa entertains your precious baby bundle.
The food is wholesome, organic local cooking prepared onsite. Super comfy beds and cots to sleep in and natural surroundings.

Benefits
Baby Massage Workshop
Evidence shows that infant massage has positive effects for caregivers as well as infants and has an important impact on their development. It is through our senses that all human beings interact with their environment.
Emotionally massage will provide your baby with a sense of well-being and security and can communicate the love you feel for your child. Once you start to massage your baby you will begin to understand how important the sense of touch is to both you and your baby.
Massage can form a lovely part of baby’s bedtime routine and provide you with real ways to help relieve common discomforts like wind.
