My name is Andrew Love and I am incredibly passionate about the stress and anxiety relief that Yoga brings. As someone who struggled my entire life with anxiety in the US, my life was changed after attending a few yoga classes in San Francisco- something I haven't looked back from since- with a goal of one day bringing this awareness to a wider community in need and helping all people who suffer from anxiety to discover a healthy way of being. I completed my training here in Ireland paying special attention to the science behind why breathing and fluidly stretching is so good for our bodies and minds. I teach an upbeat & power flow class, and I enjoy getting to help people breathe, flow, and dance their way on the mat to a more relaxed and happy state, as well as helping to build strength, stability, and smiles!
My name is Athina and I am passionate about sharing the light of Yoga with the world. I chose this path to help people connect to their bodies and mind and ultimately experience space. Having worked in the corporate world for the past 6 years, I have decided to immerse myself in the teachings of Yoga and change lives by empowering people to realise and manifest what is of most importance to them. I am inspired by Baptiste Yoga as it brings Yoga to the world as a leadership skill. Being Greek and having lived in the UK for 8yrs and another 2yrs in Ireland, I have decided to embark into this journey by growing my Yoga teaching and empowering my students and friends both on and off their mats. I am also a Pregnancy Yoga teacher and can guide pre-natal and post-natal classes safely too!
