This month we invite you to enjoy a four course vegan menu to celebrate the worldwide phenomenon – Veganuary!
After the success of Graze cafe @ The elbowroom in Dublin, owner Lisa Wilkinson and head chef, Caitriona Ni Philbin have opened a new supper club literally nestled in the mountains in the Glen of Imaal in The elbowroom escape.
What is earth to plate
Our themed menus combine optimum nutrition whilst never sacrificing on taste or creativity. We endeavour to grow the majority of food or use suppliers within a 5 mile radius.
For ultimate freshness many elements of your meal are handpicked from our organic terraced permaculture gardens adjacent to the dining room.

After dining you can chose to chill out before retiring to one of our 7 luxury rooms to sleep off your meal. Then wake up in the morning and walk a mountain before or after breakfast. A guilt free indulgence. Locals are welcome to pop in and make their own way home.
Our dining is BYOC – Bring your own cocktail spirit. We have a choice of drink blends to purchase with your spirit to pair with your meal – or take it virgin!

Our event is BYOC – bring your own cocktail spirit. We then will sell you on delicious blends of home produced mixers to accompany your spirit. We will forward you on our suggested cocktail mix prior to the event so you can select which spirit to bring.

Lisa is queenbee of The elbowroom in Dublin and The elbowroom escape in Wicklow. She is the proverbial Duracell Bunny, teacher, potter, gardener, baker, health enthusiast and passionate foodie. But first and foremost, proud mother to two fabulous children.
The elbowroom escape is also Lisa's home and she can be often spotted knee-deep in some kind of muck, hosting retreats, writing or brewing a variety of concoctions in her cabin.
She built her pottery studio after studying in Dublin and has been focusing on throwing the tableware for the kitchens and guests at The escape.
