Being a mother can be overwhelming and is often exhausting.

Imagine packing up a small case and taking a road trip into the mountains where we pretty much do everything for you leaving you time to just enjoy being a parent.

This Rejuvenating three-day break has everything that mothers dream of and more, and you don’t have to bring the kitchen sink. We have baby facilities including high chairs, toys, books, and miles and miles of forest and mountains on the doorstep.

We will cook delicious nurturing food for you, and clear away. Organic baby food will be available for you in our cabin to suit your child’s schedule.

This is a great way to create new friendships with other parents with plenty of time for forest walks,  mum only sessions, and our popular Craft Irish gin bar in the evenings.

Our childminders are scheduled for a morning session and during your evening yoga class. If you wish to book additional childcare for more me-time or a massage, we can organise that for you prior to the event.

Bring a friend or join us and make new friends

Sharing motherhood and creating friendships is so important. Make new friends with your roomie, swap stories and help each other as we are all in this together. All rooms are available on a sharing basis. Bring a friend or make a new friend.

If you want to come with a friend and their baby to share your room, we will be happy to give you both a discount, just let us know their names and we will assign you the rooms together.

Suitable for babies up to crawling, your bundle of joy will have lots of fun exploring with their newly energised parent.

Team

Lydia Sasse

Lydia is a women and children’s wellness coach, yoga therapist and mum to a wild and wonderful 5-year-old boy.

Lydia has been working with children in a variety of ways more or less all her life: she grew up helping her mum work with kids in orphanages in Nepal, volunteered as a special needs assistant through her schooling and then even went on to work as a Mary Poppins style super nanny!

She has trained in perinatal and mum&baby yoga, children’s yoga and yoga for children with additional needs and developmental delays. She has written and taught a kids yoga teacher training course and now also works in schools giving primary teachers the tools to bring yoga and wellness techniques into the classroom to make it a more happy and inclusive environment for all.

Since becoming a mum, Lydia has made it a mission to try to help and support women through the ups and downs of their motherhood journeys. She has talked at the hugely popular Mum Talks events about the challenges she faced as a new mum and how she learnt to call on her yoga techniques to help her navigate her way to feeling more comfortable in her new role.

Having completed training in womb yoga therapy Lydia now also works with women through all stages of womb life from menarche to menopause and everything in between. She coaches women to honour and understand their moon cycles so that they know how to better nourish, nurture and honour their own needs.
