Team

Mary Williams

Mary is a yoga teacher who teaches in Hatha, Restorative, Vinyasa flow and Yin styles of yoga.

I practice and teach meditation and am also a reiki healer which both helps me to connect with each and every student.

My mission as a yoga teacher is to help see that mindfulness can be achieved through a variety of ways such as yoga, music, meditation, healthy living and been present in everything you do.
The cornerstone of which is mindfully eating and having a good relationship with what you put into your body.

My food philosophy is simple, love what you eat and enjoy vibrant, nutritious food straight from the earth and from close to home. I treat food like a medicine to heal my gut and to energize for the many yoga classes I teach in my week.

My journey to healing my gut has been a long one, having suffered from both insomnia and anxiety in my twenties. A combination of yoga, acupuncture, juicing, dehydrating my own raw foods, nurturing my body with natural whole foods and eliminating processed sugar, has truly changed my life.

When not flowing on my mat I also teach music, play violin in an orchestra and travel around the world sharing my love of yoga to all.
